Shipping:

Shipping charges a determined at the time that the order was placed

If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer support with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you. We want to ensure that all our customers are able to receive and enjoy their products, and we will try our best to make that happen!

In the case that a shipment has been marked as delivered but not actually received, here are a couple things you can do before contacting our team:

  1. Check with your neighbors, building management, or security to see if they may have received it on your behalf.
  2. Contact your local post office as they may be holding the package at their facility following an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to change the shipping address.  Pleas contact our customer support with your order number.

Returns:

If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact our customer support. We will assist you with a replacement as quickly as possible.

Returning your unwanted items is simple and easy! Follow the steps below to return your item(s):

  2. Enter your order number and email address associated with the order.
  3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item. 
  4. We will contact you with further instructions to process your return.
